Christine (Chrissy) Cocrane is a seasoned executive who leads LMI’s Health & Civilian Markets with strategic vision, operational rigor, and a relentless focus on driving measurable impact across the federal health and civilian ecosystem. In her role, Chrissy is responsible for overseeing project delivery, execution, and overall customer satisfaction. 

With over 15 years of experience at LMI, Chrissy has consistently combined deep health policy expertise with technology-enabled execution to drive meaningful transformation for federal partners. Since joining LMI in 2010, she has led high-profile engagements across the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to shape major initiatives at the intersection of policy, analytics, and operations, helping both agencies navigate complex challenges while improving cost-efficient patient outcomes.

Chrissy holds aBachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Longwood University and aMaster’s in Public Administration from George Mason University. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, and a practitioner of human-centered design. Chrissy is passionate about mentorship, workforce development, and empowering the next generation of leaders, serving on the board of Blessings in a Backpack, Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, TheShe Suite, and her alma mater’s Longwood University College of Business &Economics.
