Graduate Fellowship Program
The program supports recent graduate students with exceptional technical and research skills as well as high leadership potential. We seek broad educational and professional experience indicating strong, flexible intellectual capability. We encourage graduate students from business, public administration, data science, engineering, and health policy disciplines to apply.
In addition to the standard employee benefits package, fellows augment their work experience with professional development training. LMI staff members and outside experts supply this mix of project management, professional skills, leadership, and technical instruction. We adapt the training to the interests of each fellow and the needs of LMI.
Each fellow teams with a senior LMI professional for mentorship. Mentors help the fellows prepare professional development and training plans and select projects. The mentors tutor fellows on consulting skills and offer insight and advice on working with the federal government and public sector.
The application process for the Graduate Fellowship Program begins in the early fall of each year. Contact Careers at LMI apply.
