Clark Spencer

Clark Spencer is vice president, digital solutions where he leads LMI’s business in digital transformation, modernization, and enabling software products and services. His organization comprises practice areas in agile transformation, application development, DevSecOps, and cloud solutions. Clark’s team of technology leaders and subject matter experts deliver innovative, scalable software solutions across the military, civilian, intelligence, and national security mission areas. His digital solutions service line is at the nexus of all technology delivery within LMI’s rapidly expanding digital services portfolio.

Clark has more than 25 years of experience in software development, IT program management, and digital solutions delivery for military and civilian agencies. He is an expert in all phases of federal contracting, business development, and program execution. Clark is a servant-leader known for his transparency, dedication, and passion for mentoring LMI’s future technology leaders.

Clark earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. He has received executive leadership training from The Center for Creative Leadership and is the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding service to LMI and our federal government customers.
