Josh Wilson is Chief Executive Officer of LMI, where he has helped transform the company into a technology-driven provider of commercial-grade, mission-ready solutions for the federal government. He brings more than 15 years of experience spanning military service, consulting, and technology leadership.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Wilson served as President of Markets, Growth & Technology, overseeing LMI's customer portfolio, growth strategy, and research and development. He spearheaded the company's technology transformation, expanding its digital capabilities, investing in proprietary platforms, and reorganizing the technology organization to accelerate innovation and deliver commercial-grade, mission-ready solutions across defense, civilian, and space markets. Throughout his tenure, Wilson has championed investments in research and development, secure software delivery, and AI-enabled platforms that position LMI to deliver operational capabilities at mission speed. Under Wilson's leadership, that technology has been fielded across some of the government's most consequential missions, from force protection to space logistics to secure AI.
Previously, as Executive Vice President of Service Lines and Technology, Wilson oversaw the development of LMI's technology portfolio from concept through deployment, integrating the company's advisory, logistics, digital, and analytics capabilities into scalable solutions for government customers.
Before joining LMI, Wilson served as a U.S. Army officer, completing two overseas tours in Iraq focused on infrastructure reconstruction. After leaving active duty, he joined Deloitte's public sector practice, where he specialized in analytics-driven business transformation and strategic planning.
Wilson serves on the Board of Advisors for Armaments Research Company, Parry Labs, and the National Security Innovation Base Program. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering.
