Justin has consulted for 10 years on policy analysis and development, system design, strategic communication, and business analysis for governments and nonprofit organizations. Justin leads the policy practice area for LMI's Policy Analysis & Operations subservice line, developing technology-integrated policy capabilities, including AI-enabled policy analysis platforms, and supporting customers with policy lifecycle transformation.
Justin holds a master’s in public policy from Duke University and a bachelor’s in political science and another in theatre both from U.C. San Diego.
