Tysons, Va.—LMI announced today it will provide a broad spectrum of data management and analytic services for the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) with the goal of accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) scaling across the department. Through this Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), LMI will help the DoD overcome the complex technical challenges involved in preparing data needed for AI applications. This will include partnering with the JAIC to work closely with the services, combatant commands, and other components, to identify appropriate use cases for AI across DoD, develop capabilities, and scale impact.

LMI’s support of the JAIC Data Readiness Artificial Intelligence Development Program (DRIAD) BOA will pull heavily from LMI’s extensive experience with data activities such as data engineering, data integration, data collection and curation, database design and development, data science, and project and outreach program management.
