Ms. Cahill is an experienced resource management professional who served for 22 years as an Army Finance officer, contributing to the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process for Headquarters, Department of the Army, and several subordinate Army commands.
Joe joined LMI early in 2019 to manage our BioDetection 21 project effort for a Department of Homeland Security client, and, in January 2020, began leading the Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program Engineering and Technical Support indefinite delivery task order contract for a Department of Defense (DoD) client.

John Fasching, retired U.S. Army Lt. Col., came to LMI from the Pentagon’s Joint Staff J-4, Capabilities and Strategy Division, where he was the principal developer and analyst for joint logistics concepts and assessments.
John Long leads business development efforts dedicated to growing LMI’s federal health and civilian markets. He is responsible for new business development, strategic planning, competitive assessments, marketplace evaluations, and growth for the firm within these markets.
Jon offers LMI’s customers practical industry expertise and thought leadership in supply chain risk management (SCRM) and cyber SCRM. His contributions build on a foundation of over 30 years of experience and leadership in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
