Dr. Joseph Norton is LMI’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). He brings over a decade of experience delivering mission-focused technology solutions to government. He has led high-performing teams in developing enterprise platforms powered by AI, advanced analytics, and systems engineering, built to scale and designed for impact.
In his prior role as Chief Product Officer at LMI, he guided net-new innovation and the ongoing management of the company’s technology platforms, drove their development and delivery, and ensured long-term value for customers and the business.
